Book Keeper Position 


Start Date: February 1st 2026 or sooner

 

Responsibilities:

- Maintain books of accounts for both the farm and corporation

- Oversee and process accounts receivable and accounts payable

- Input daily P.O.P sales, on line sales and cash sales

- Complete monthly reconciliations for all bank accounts, credit cards and P.O.P. systems

- Oversee bi-weekly payroll, maintain employee records and ensure employee data is correct.  Address issues and questions regarding payroll with employees. 

- Be lead contact on HR issues that need to be addressed by owner.

- Maintain an accurate and complete trail of supporting documentation for all financial, bookkeeping and legal requirements

- Provide year end statements to accountant and input any adjusting entries.

- Monitor and reconcile weekly merchandise inventory of the farm store.
